The audit of energy sources (boiler houses/plants, power plants) and systems will help to determine the efficiency of energy generation (electrical, thermal, mechanical, etc.), transmission and distribution (transport/piping routes, transformer stations, etc.) as well as the production cost of energy (per kWh, Gcal, MJ). Possible measures for energy production efficiency increase will be identified and solutions for reduction of distribution losses will be proposed. Also, the energy auditing will identify the possibility in general and the opportunity and extent of use in particular of energy from alternative/renewable sources and its production cost.
